Everything that you see on my shop is built by hand, using a variety of techniques; such as slab building and pinching. Each piece of texture is then formed and attached by hand. Due to the nature of one of a kind, hand-built ceramics, measurements vary and sizes are approximate. Each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art and measurements may sometimes vary up to an inch.

Ceramic glazes all have subtle effects that vary from kiln firing to kiln firing. Each glazed piece is unique and has its own personality. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in color and appearance, as each glazed work is unique.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me via email within 7 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
I pack each item in many layers of bubble wrap, surrounded by heavy duty packing peanuts inside a heavy duty box. I take great care to ensure items arrive safely and am happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition.

All domestic orders of in stock items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.  For custom orders, you will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date and will be notified again when the item(s) ship, and provided with a tracking number. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification I sent upon shipment. 

International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International, unless noted otherwise. Buyer is responsible for duties, fees, or taxes incurred upon receipt in the destination country. USPS tracking information is very limited once the package leaves the U.S. coast, and is updated only when it arrives at the address, or is held in customs at the local post office. 

We include a purchase receipt with your package. If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify us. We will be happy to include a card with the message of your choice and will not include any receipts or invoices.

Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
